Polyp Trap 
1. General
1.1 Brief introduction
Polyp Trap is mainly used for suction trapping and preserving endoscopic specimens and other samples for pathology. Similar Polyp Trap has been used for over many years with mature technology and common use. The product performance of each manufacturer is stable without any obvious adverse feedback. The Polyp Trap produced by us is reasonable in designed craftwork and with high safety. It is made of connecting tube, lid, strainer chamber, vessel and etc. When application, connect Port A to the endoscope, and connect Port B to the suction system. Rotate the lid, and put polyp samples to different grids of the chamber.
1.2 Intended use
It is used for suction trapping and preserving endoscopic specimens and other samples for pathology.
1.3 Product Classification
In terms of Rule 5, Annex IX in Medical Device Directive (MDD), Polyp Trap is an EO sterilized and invasive device, the classification is Class I .
1.4 Types
The model of Polyp Trap is named as per the grid number in the chamber, the model is named as Type 5.
1.5 Product features

1.8 Cautions
(1). Connect the Polyp Trap, the suction source and the sampling channel firmly. Fail of doing this may affect the specimen collecting.
(2). After filling the polyp trap with formaldehyde solution, seal the port cap firmly to avoid volatilizing and leakage.
(3). Store the products in a dry place.
(4). Do not use the instrument if the package is damaged or the valid period is exceeded.
